The customer service is exceptional, our car needed new rims and tires Otis really came through for us. Our SUV looks and rides perfect, Thank you so much... we appreciate you and the management they are the best management team I have seen in a very long time, they really care about the customers.

Very unprofessional establishment, when I came in they tried to act like I couldn’t pay for my service and gave me a extreme difficult time as well as questioning my income and wether or not I’d actually be able to pay. Save your money and go somewhere else they don’t value there customers nor there customers opinion.

Went to the Moreno Valley store, got my 35 inch tires on my truck. great service, Ottis got everything done for me, plus received a free gift, definitely coming back for Wheels and tires on my other car.

If your vehicle has tire sensors make sure you take a picture of what it displays before you go in. After we took our truck we saw that one of them was not displaying and the hazard light turned on so we went and told them while we were still on the parking lot. They said that it would display it in a few min. It didn't so I called scheduled an apt. To go back to get it checked so I ended up going like 3 or 4 additional times on Saturdays, was there minimum of 4hrs each time they never fixed it. Turns out they swapped 3 of my sensors to aftermarket(broken ones) so now I have to pay more than $700 a piece to replace them .
