RAW Wheels & Tires

Traveling out of town, and stopped at a gas station and saw we had a nail in a tire, we put air in tire and air was still coming out. After going to 4 different tire shops to get a patch on, Jabari and his crew here at Rent A Wheel were able to help us what we thought was only a patch needed, turned out to need a new tire due to the screw scratching the inside of the tire. Thankfully we had a spare and they quickly switched it out. Quick and friendly service. Not being from here, we are so thankful for their great service we will be able to make it home!

Needed 26 inch tires fast! Only one other business could help me but the price was higher and the wait time was longer. RAW sourced me a good deal outta Tampa Florida. I ordered on Tues afternoon the tires were ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon! Salesperson also helped me find a shop that could mount and balance the tires and helped me load the tires into the bed of my truck. I definitely will do business with them again when I need tires and I recommend that everyone support this business if you need wheels/tires.

I had a really good experience at this Rent-A-Wheel. From the moment I walked in, the team delivered top-tier service and Marquise, the tire tech, was on point from start to finish. He payed attention to detail and was very professional. He really made the whole process easy and you can tell he genuinely takes real pride in making sure he does a good job. So Thanks again!

Unprofessional location. The manager has a very bad attitude, not only with customers, but to employees. Another lady at the business was telling her that she didn’t know how to do a certain task and the manager was not being a very nice person. Her energy was off, and her attitude was not welcoming at all. I also left my contact information for them to get back with me and they have not reached out back. I figured they wouldn’t though. Will not be visiting this location again.

at the valdosta georgia franchise the team was great, my sales rep even tho a miami canes fan me being a bama fan was a pretty cool guy, way better experience from the last people who worked there, if it went to 10 stars i would give them that
