Good Morning to you all, I have never had a bad experience with Ray's. I've had them exclusively work on my 2003 PT Cruiser GT Turbo for more than 10+ years. They have never made me feel "lesser than" as a woman, making me feel the exact opposite with all due respect. It's one of the reasons I continue to be a repeat customer. Over the years, I've had all of the services listed below done at one time or another. As far as the price, I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. They guarantee their work. When I call, they have always made room for me.....even if it's just to get my car into the yard. The front office and lobby/waiting room is always clean and comfortable. Let me get this out of the way a little bit pricey but when you get is awesome customer care they take care to listen to you in the prompt we’re having with The owner Ray always helpful and explaining what’s going on with the unit and what the Course of action will be. Needless to say I have a 1988 motorhome not a spring chicken. But every time I go there they take care of my RV and they solve the problem the right way. Nowadays everything is expensive so as service I’m in the service business I understand it. I recently purchased a vehicle from an auction that needed both a brake and light inspection required by the DMV, as well as a smog check. Ray-A-Motive has provided A+ service at every visit. When I visit Im greeted with such hospitality. As I wait for servicing my car, coffee/treats, TV in lobby, takes good care of my concerns/issue with my car, anything I don't get done right away, I'm informed of to get done in the future.
