My experience was not what I expected from a top notch car dealership. When you sell someone a car you would expect a person to know about the car they are selling. Why not tell the person exactly what there getting into wether good or bad. A car purchase is an expense to pay for to maintain to provide like taking care of yourself or a child. When you buy something you would want it to perform accordingly. My first experience buying a car from Ray catena is has put my mind set on a different light on Mercedes and Ray catena.
I have always had a 5 start service experience however I brought my Lexus nx350 in for normal 15000 service; when I drove car home got warning that my airbag malfunction. I had to bring the car back. Service has had my car for 2 days and have not figured out how to fix. They have it hooked up to computer but so far no cigar

The service is not great if you don't buy the cars from them! I brought my Porsche to be inspect for a sound, but they denied hearing it, but upon my return, the valet informed me about the noise. After paying for 3 hours of labor that didn't pay off, I drove out with the noise. Same with my Range Rover very lack of service
