Ray Sands Glass

This shop has handled my glass repairs for years they're great to work with, always professional and courteous, and they do great work on the glass. They took care of all the insurance claims as well. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

Everyone one at Ray Sands was super helpful and very knowledgeable. The receptionist at the Chili location was the best!! They kept me in the loop so I knew just what to expect. I needed a written note describing the work that was done to my truck and they did it for me with no hesitation. I know how busy they are yet they still took the time to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!!

Had my windshield replaced today and it was the easiest appointment. Diana was wonderful and Roy the mechanic explained everything he did. I was extremely happy with Ray Sands service today and the days before my work was completed.

Went to two other places who said it wasn't possible to repair my car's issue. Then went to Ray Sands (based on a referral from someone who had a great experience) and they did what others couldn't do! They also did it with some of the best customer service one could imagine!! Malinda and Marilyn are absolute all starts- their smiles, their helpfulness, and their willingness to go above and beyond are attributes that are missing all too often these days. Brad, the tech that worked on my car, was EXCEPTIONAL! He sat with me, shared his knowledge, helped me understand the options and the risks, and then executed flawlessly!
