I think we all know that working with dealerships can be frustrating and sometimes shady… but when I tell you the level of dishonesty and how unethical that Ray Skillman is; it takes it to a whole new level.

Stopped in for oil change and tire rotation in my 2024 Chevy Colorado. Ryan ib Service got me in and out in a reasonable time and I was on my way. Thanks Ryan and Ray Skillman Chevrolet!

I received a flyer about having service on the vehicle I purchased from you in June and that the first service was covered by Ray Skillman for that Colorado. I tried to scan the QR code to schedule service, however it showed that there wasn't anything available until March for an oil change and tire rotation. So I called an explained the flyer that I had received and to schedule service. The advisor told me the first service was covered and I said on the phone that it wasn't the first service, but it was the first time being able to schedule with you, his reply was no worries we get it taken care of. I came in, showed the young lady the flyer, and went to the waiting room. Another advisor came in and went over what they were doing and that it would be $99 but he had a $20 coupon. I explain

I went in for a simple oil change with no wait and was told it would take 40 minutes only for it to take two hours plus an attempt to rebuke me when I asked why things were taking longer than they should. What made this worse was at the end they tried to strong-arm me into getting new tires, complete with price quotes which I immediately shut down citing that they had acted in bad faith by doing that. What prompted the one star review was that when I called to speak with management about what happened, they weren't in, and despite being told they would follow up with me about it they never did. This entire experience irreparably damaged any confidence I had that they can service my vehicle in a timely manner.
