I feel like I had a bad experience. Which is sad because I bought a car a year prior. I came just to look at trucks to maybe trade my car in. I was lied to by the sales man whom I trusted. I did want to put money down that could reduce my payment. He told me the finance lady did say anything about money down. Later she told me he said I wanted zero down. She also said my monthly payment was 15 less than what the contract said. I did want the truck and have the money to pay monthly. Then when I came back to possibly re work things the lady seemed irritated asking me if I had a few hours to cancel and re send loan. Giving her own opinions I feel they were all coming at me at once felt very confused. The day before The salesman also said he did have a kid to get home to basically hurrying me

I am smiling ear to ear while writing this review. Dee absolutely made my day today! I brought my car in for a tint and was met with a smile and stellar customer service from him..! It took no time at all and to top it off my dirty SUV was washed and looked better than the day I bought it!! It's so refreshing to have someone love what they do!!! Thnx a million Dee!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at this dealership. I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday believing the issue had been fully repaired after paying $675 for service. Unfortunately, a faulty part was installed, and the very next day (Thursday) my car stopped in the middle of the road. This was not only incredibly stressful, but also a safety concern. When I contacted the service center, I was told I would have to wait until the following Monday for them to even look at it again. As a result, I had to pay $145 to have my vehicle towed back to the shop and $400 for a rental car from Thursday-Tuesday — all on top of the original repair cost. I understand that defective parts can sometimes happen. However, what is difficult to accept is having to wait several addit

I went in needing a new vehicle & walked out with a new vehicle that had way more options than I expected and newer than my last. 3 days later I took my significant other to get a new vehicle and walked out in just as good of a mood as I did the first time!!! If anyone decides they need a new vehicle, definitely go and talk to Errin or Levi and just tell them Jason Bennett sent you!!! You will be more than satisfied when you leave the lot!!! Came for air bag recall and left with driver’s side window off track. I was told that no work was done e on the drivers side, just the airbag. Window was still off track. I was told that windows are rolled down for safety while keys are in the vehicle and vehicle is indoors. Window is now off track, but it wasn’t when they rolled it down for safety concerns. I was told I’d be charged $149 to have them put driver’s door window back on track. From an airbag recall to a window that’s no longer operable and you’re going to the to charge me for what you cause is the worst customer service I’ve seen in some time. I would not recommend this dealerships service department to air up your tire. They’ll create a reason to charge you.
