Raymond’s auto shop is the first mechanic shop I have ever went to and did not feel like I was being taken Advantage of due to my lack of knowledge in the automotive industry. He walked and talked me through everything that was needed made sure I understood before what needed done and why. He also made sure I was getting the best prices on the parts I needed purchase. He spoke to me with respect on the phone and once I came in he treated me like family! I highly recommend if you need any work done on your car you stop by and see him on Marshall you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Raymond !

I had a horrible experience at this shop they fixed ny CAT in june and tecieved my car back with broken windshield and tried to glue it back together. After getting someone to answer the phone I called from a different number and got someone on the phone after 5 days with a broken windshield he had it replaced why guilty, I been trying to call there for 4 days now left messages. Never answers me back and the other day both of my CATs went, the new one crumbled hmmm now I took to another shop that found this. Horrible horrible service.

I have used Raymond’s auto service many times and will always come back. The service is amazing, the price is always fair and they go out of their way to accommodate me whenever I need them. Best mechanic in Lancaster.

Raymond always treats me like family. Raymond has integrity, faithfulness, and doesn't overcharge for repairs.

EDIT: Not sure what happened to this place but after my initial excellent service, I was ghosted. No return phone calls, no refund for the warranty part I left at the shop. They still owe money for that. When I was still trying to get service, no one answered the phone ... EVER. I left messages time and time again. This was to ask for SERVICE to my vehicle ... to give them business. I gave up and took my Jeep to another place. They found that the part that was used was defective and was under warranty. I called Raymond several times for a refund with no response. I finally left the part at the shop asking for my refund. Crickets. This is very sad because I really thought I'd found a great new local garage. I did not. I found what feels like a scam. ******************* Phenomenal custom
