Rays Auto Repair

We're visiting relatives in Melrose Fl. I had a tail light go out. Rays was able to get me in right away, determined that my issue was a loose connection. They fixed it, got me on my way and the fee was VERY reasonable. Seeing as how the folks we're visiting haven't been here long enough to have a local mechanic, after this service, they'll use rays for their own vehicles. Couldn't be happier as someone from 700 miles away with issues, and not idea who to call. Thanks Rays team...

Great company. Never ever go anywhere else but here. Trevor is a great mechanic and the gentleman in the office are excellent. Very knowledgeable and very friendly with people.

Looking for an honest and reliable mechanic. I had my wiper motor replaced. They did it in a timely manner and at a decent price. Actually made an appointment. I'll be back.

I just want to start off by saying that I've been to Ray's several times and hadn't had this bad of an experience until this one time. I own a 2003 Honda, I took it in at some point to ask them about a misfire in my engine, they held on to it and changed the spark plugs... Didn't work... They said they'd have to hold on to it over night while they "run tests". no pictures, proof or updates, I had to repeatedly call them about the issue, my car was there for about two weeks where they kept telling me Trevor was working on it IN BETWEEN other cars and did not have the time to work on it or figure out the problem, after asking them if they could or would fix it they kept saying "eventually". Okay, what did they fix at the end of it all? Absolutely nothing and I paid them 272, for nothing. Ber
