I had a great experience with Ray Automotive. I came in needing help removing the door check on my vehicle, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. The tech knew exactly what they were doing and explained each step so I understood what was going on. No runaround, just honest, efficient service. They made the whole process stress-free, and I really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to help. If you need any kind of repair or assistance, I highly recommend Ray Automotive. So here was my experience. The problem I had with my vehicle is a bit tricky to diagnose by ear, but Kyle knows these engines inside and out and was very confident that he knew what the issue was. Already I'm feeling more reassured as I had heard a lot of doom and gloom from other mechanics. I had service scheduled for Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. but due to my travel schedule they let me bring it early on Friday morning to drop it off. To my surprise, Kyle called me within a couple of hours on Friday and told me that he had already started and he was correct in his diagnosis and it probably would be a couple of days to fix it as he needed to track down the part and it was already Friday afternoon. My family and I were on our way home from Florida and started to hear a hissing noise when accelerating. We aren’t from the area so we just googled a place nearby and thankfully Kyle was kind enough to stop what he was doing to check out our car. He gave us reassurance that we would be okay until we got home. He didn’t charge us for his time & we are so thankful. We appreciate his time & help!!

I own a shop in town. One of my guys who is very smart and knowledgable, could not figure the problem out. Kyle came down to my own shop, took time out of his own schedule to come and help us. He helped us narrow the issue down and had the customers car back on the road. We are competitors, however small we are, but I have the utmost respect for Kyle and his work ethic. I can not give enough stars!
