The owner of this place has a HORRIBLE attitude. I am a third party who reached out to get more information to help my customer who received a tow service from this place. She provided me with the receipt he gave her, but the receipt did not have all the information that was needed to reimburse her through her insurance policy. To help my customer, I called and first spoke with a woman to see if I could get more information. The woman I spoke with was not rude at all and she seemed like she wanted to help, but I could hear the owner in the background fussing and getting mad because I was asking for more information than what was provided.
