Regret taking my GT 500. They ruined the value of my car. . Both owners Are very unprofessional and do not know how to treat a customer. The pictures say it all . They Tell me that's the best they can do.

If you want good customer service and your car fixed on time don’t go here. About 2 weeks ago my mother and I dropped my vehicle off to be fixed. Had a dent in the front left fender and scratches on the wheel from an accident I was in about a year ago. The lady at the front desk had gone over the estimate with us and told us that the fix would be 4-5 days. We hadn’t heard back from them at the time it was supposed to be fixed and we didn’t find out it would take another nearly 6 days to fix it until WE called. My dad and I just picked up the car today and we didn’t find out until getting it back today that they “couldn’t fix the wheel”. And when my father told the lady at the front desk about wheel not being fixed she went straight to blaming my mother and saying that my mother “didn’t wan

Two years ago we sent my car to Rays after an accident. they did not fix it correctly the first time and it had to get sent back. Here we are TWO YEARS LATER and we find that the current issue i’m having is because of their poor work and lack of care to properly fix my car. Another grand down the hole because my car wasn’t fixed properly even the second time.

One of the best body shops I have ever used. Very professional staff.. Not to mention the office smelt amazing. Thank you for cleaning my car and making it look so nice after repairing! You guys are awesome Sauce!
