Amazing work mice had got into my wiring and the truck was not running right, I had Ford dealership look at it and they gave me an estimate of $8000 in repairs , I heard Rays had fixed many. They were timely, completed the job with new parts and even gave me an oil change and the bill was less than $900.00 dollars and the truck plowed snow today like a new truck.. Thank you so much

Doesn't get things done when he says, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't call to ask if adding work items and ordering parts is ok. Friend dropped off a car that was supposed to be done days ago, he never called to say when it would be ready, multiple people had to call numerous times to get an answer days later and the bill is hundreds of dollars more than he said it would be. I've seen my friend call multiple times and never get an answer, had to take time out of both our days to go in person days after it was supposed to be done and it still wasn't done. A decent mechanic would call to let someone know of a delay.

We have been taking our vehicles here for years. We have older vehicles and Ray's helps us to keep them on the road longer without price gouging/unnecessary repairs. We appreciate their honesty. They are good about not doing any work until they are sure we want to invest the money/make the repairs.
