It is a first come first serve establishment. I only had to wait about 5 minutes and then got right in. They were quick to service my needs. I got all tires balanced and rotated and at a very good price.

Im from alabama. Came to see my kids and had the belts break in both back tires. We got to rays at 1130 and was on the road by noon. Great prices. The best quality service I have ever had in any shop. Fast friendly and knowledgeable staff that worked as a team. They even disposed of the two tires for me without charging me a disposal fee. I highly recommend. Ill be using them again if needed in the future. Thank you so much

They had a patch on my tire within 7min. Firestone wouldn't even look at it becauseit was a 5 year old tire. Amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop.
