I can't thank Dustin and Travis with Ray's enough!! After being snowed in at work for 6 straight days, I was sooooo ready to be home. After my shift ended at midnight, I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. I wasn't sure if it was the battery or something serious. I called Ray's immediately, even before my husband. Dustin's wife answered my call. Through my tears and sniffling, she was extremely kind and sympathetic. She was on the phone with Dustin immediately and assured me they would be there to help and they'll make sure I would get home. Thankfully it was just my dead battery and Dustin had it jump in seconds. Dustin and Travis also helped me plan the safest route home. I can't express my gratitude enough! I highly recommend Ray's Towing!!

This is embarrassing to admit but I broke down one Sunday afternoon and Don was the tow truck driver who came to get my car was very quick, nice and helpful! He called me before dropping my car off at the dealership and told me he thought my engine was acting up because I was on low fuel. He took $5 of his money went to the gas station and put fuel in to see if it would work.. It did and he saved me a ton of money and stress! I have never ran out of gas before, I honestly thought my transmission had gone out! I just want to thank Don for going above and beyond!!!!

I used Ray's towing when my truck broke down, leaving a car show. They were very careful and professional with my 64 Ford. They responded quickly after I called and drove my truck 80 mi. I would definitely call them again!

Dependable guys & super personable. They facilitated a plan to retrieve my vehicle & I from up out of the side of the road & get me up a (black ice) icy hill with a curve. They had me on my merry way in no time flat. I could not have been more appreciable! They went as far as to try to get the county out to that road to salt in order to prevent others from having a mishap. When county declined, they themselves threw some salt on the road to help out in those places that were definitely a wreck waiting to happen. These guys give back to the community so much. I will always keep them on speed dial in my favorites list! I want to thank them again for being so generous & helpful. THANK YOU!!! Pictured ice is from the same day.

I had the worst time dealing with AR and the towing “regulations and rules” thank God for Rays Towing. After 18+ calls a day with extremely rude companies over 11 days Rays called me and with in an hour my car was off the side of the cliff! Truly wonderful group of people! Thank you!!!! If you live on the border of AR and MO and you need a tow save yourself and call RAYS!!!!
