Neil is a very knowledgeable and helpful mechanic. I took my Tacoma in early this morning for my transmission and he was very patient. Got into my truck did a few tests and recommended some OEM parts to get so he can work on it. He also pointed out some other things that needs to be fixed soon (not transmission related). He's real easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding Service! I brought my car to Rays after the dealership could not diagnose the problem. Well, Neal had it figured out in less than an hour. He ordered parts and when the arrived was able to install them efficiently and expertly. What a pleasant surprise to arrive to pick up my car and find it was also the cleanest it’s been in a while! I was not expecting them to wash my car, the dealerships don’t even do that anymore. I can’t recommend this shop enough. I will be bringing my car to Rays for any car repairs in the future.

Was highly recommended by a friend. But not much to give a review on. Besides already wanting to just get vehicle done there just not liking that charge for diagnostic. Not so bad if you decide to get repairs done with them and fee paid gets taken from work total.
