I was able to test drive the truck and even bring my own mechanic, which was a huge plus and really made me feel confident in my purchase. I got approved the same day, and the entire process was fast, smooth, and completely hassle-free. Absolutely unprofessional experience. My dad drove three hours just to see the truck as a courtesy, while we were the ones paying and making the decision. From the start, the attitude was defensive and hostile apparently this company doesn’t understand that buyers are allowed to compare options. There were two identical trucks priced the same, yet they refused to sell the other one and got angry when asked why. That alone raises serious questions about what was wrong with the truck they were pushing. Instead of answering, they got rude. If this is how they treat people who are actually ready to buy, it’s no surprise sales seem to be a problem. Poor communication, bad attitude, and major red flags. Take your business elsewhere.

From start to finish Harley and Johan made this one of the easiest and hassle free experiences i’ve ever had when buying a truck. I brought my mechanic to scan and go over everything on a western star i was interested in. We found nothing wrong except some pretty low front brakes (they were still DOT legal) and Harley went out of his way and replaced all of them all around for me. From start to finish about 7 days before the new truck on my fleet was on the road. I would recommend checking these guys out and i will be coming back for more units in the near future. I recently purchased a truck from this dealer and the service was nothing less than exceptional. Harley made the process of buying the truck very smooth. He helped close the deal and do a few minor repairs without cost after purchase. Johan was very patient and knowledgeable in his communication when helping me decide on which truck I should get and even as it pertains to the potential things I needed to be aware of when operating any truck going forward. The service was quick and efficient, everything was straightforward with no hassle. They do have good trucks, I rented one, for almost 2 months, then I had a fuel pressure issue with the truck, Bill/ Ray/Natalia were all good, they fly me to get another unit, and they gave me 7 days free not to pay anything. Good ppl , good company. Can't complain.
