Will (owner) is a great friendly guy who will do all he can to take care of you Front desk lady is a sweetheart and she will answer all your concerns Lynn (mechanic) was there first on scene as my truck limped to their yard and he was first to make me feel like my issue was just as important to them as it was to me The other mechanics were friendly guys and I felt their care and patience as they worked on my vehicle for the next couple of days
Was referred here from my cousin for a quick tire repair, lady in office was awesome and had me back up in no time. Guys were professional and quick at what they do. Highly recommend this local business.
Although this is says tire and service center they do not sell tires for regular trucks or cars kind of misleading
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! On vacation from Kentucky (with my Mom /elderly and my large dog) and the car's engine light for no oil came on. This has been an issue and I knew that I had to get it looked at immediately. I located Bayou Chrome and a gentleman come up to the car as I was getting out and asking how can he help. I told him the story and he said that they would take a look. We were told that we could wait in their office (thank the Good Lord because it was scorching hot) and they got on it right away. Order the oil from down the street (did not carry my type), looked for leaks, filled the oil - all with 45 minutes. I just cannot be more thankful for the courteous nature, expedient service, and what most companies lack- to care for others and excellent customer service!!
Bayou Chrome fixed my power steering line and my power steering pump quickly and efficiently! My car drives and turns beautifully! Went to another mechanic before coming here and they screwed up my power steering line and my power steering pump. If you are in or near Rayville go here!
