Horrible Service. I was treated in a condescending manner. He did not address my concerns And then I was handed my paperwork without an explanation.

Highly recommend Razzari Nissan. These guys really deal they are very professional and courteous. A great experience, Phillip the sales manager was great. My sales person Erik was great too. Ask for him you'll see what a nice guy he is.

I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by max (latin guy) in service at 9 am today. He asked the reason for my visit and when I told him it was to replace a part he got upset I didn’t know what part needed to be replaced. After taking my keys and car, he returned to tell me it was going to take 4 hours. This was where things got strange because he seemed happy, almost exited, to tell me that it was going to take 4 hours. Normally, I would understand the length of time to complete the service however it was weird that he was smiling ear to ear and was excited to see the disappointment on my face from the long estimated wait time. The entire reason for me scheduling this appointment at that time was because I was told it was only going to take 2 hours since I had to be at work

Very disappointed. My car received oil change as well as oil flush. A forty point inspection. I feel uncomfortable with there so call service. My car not running as originally. Something isn't right. They didn't even update time on clock . I had to ask them to do it. My Bluetooth was tampered with. Having a difficult time reprogramming. I am a disabled senior citizen. I am reluctant to ever return to Razzarri Nissan service.

Great staff and great manager My new Titan needed a new battery that they didn't have in stock so the manager took the battery off a new truck from their lot to replace mine.
