Jeff and his team are on point, friendly and straightforward about service. Phenomenal experience. They had my Jeep Cherokee up and running in 4 days compare to it being at a dealership for three weeks.

He was able to get me in same day and was upfront and honest about the potential serious issue/cost. I went to RB Automotive for an oil change. Scheduling was easy & I was able to wait while they did the work. The price was very reasonable for a full synthetic oil change. Happy to have a reliable repair shop close by.

I bought a 20 year old fixer-upper of a Ford Ranger a few months ago and while I can turn a wrench, advanced diagnostics and specialty tools are beyond me. RB Automotive has been great about troubleshooting a nagging ignition/airflow issue and patient with me while I tackled parts of the repair myself. I want to be clear, I wouldn't expect them to warranty my own work, and they were very clear about what they couldn't warranty as a result of my decisions. But my truck is running like new and I owe a lot of that to Jeff and the team at RB Automotive.

I took my car to get an oil change at an unfamiliar shop. After driving just five blocks, the check engine light came on. I was frustrated and new to the city, I didn’t know who to trust with my car. I shared the experience with a few people, and a co-worker recommended RB Automotive. I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I listened. Despite a mix-up with my appointment time, they took me in without hesitation. Jeff and his team were phenomenal. They quickly found the issue, the engine air filter was damage. The service was fast, honest and professional. It was a huge relief to find a shop this trustworthy. The five-star reviews are legit and I am happy to add mine to the list.
