RB's Automotive & Towing

My car was stolen, i filed a claim and police recovered it and had it towed to RB. The car is registered to my mother who is now deceased. I submitted the will, POA docs, death certificate and Identification. Im paying the note and car insurance is under my name and RB refuses to release the car to Geico. My car has been at the tow yard since 2/21. The finance company has allowed me to keep the car as long as i make the payments. How is this legal for RB to keep my car when ive submitted the documents??? The lady who answers the phone is rude! Every day i call and no update on when they will release my car. Im being treated like i committed a crime when someone stole my car. Today is 3/5 and Geico still can’t assess damages because RB won’t release my car. This is very stressful. I’ve neve

Got oil change from them now my motor going out. He kept asking you going bring your car back next week for I can fix it. My car was perfect before went to that shop!!!!! Don’t go there ! Or you end up Like me carless.

This place is great! They treat your vehicle with the same respect and service as a new car dealership and they make sure not to leave your floors and door panel greasse like most none dealerships do ask for Anthony he really knows his stuff and will only fix what is necessary he has done a great job on three of my vehicles and I'm pleased every time. Terrible to work for/with, they can do basic things with no problem, other than that i wouldn’t trust them. They have a contract with the state but just got bought out by new owners. They won’t be around for long, don’t give them your money.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR CAR IN THEIR SHOP. I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE HERE FOR A COOLANT SYSTEM ISSUE AND LEFT WITH MORE ISSUES THAN I COULD COUNT. THEY RAN A DIAGNOSTIC AND QUOTED ME FOR REPLACEMENT OF ALL HOSES AND THE THERMOSTAT. INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE NOT SKILLED OR EQUIPPED TO SERVICE MY VEHICLE (A JEEP), THEY TOOK MY CAR COMPLETELY APART FOR DAYS ON END AND LITERALLY JUMBLED IT BACK TOGETHER. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 2 DAYS TO FIX THE REPAIR. DAYS AND DAYS WENT BY AND THEN DAYS TURNED INTO WEEKS. THEY WERE GIVING ME BS MADE UP UPDATES WITH STORIES CHANGING EVERY SINGLE DAY. AFTER WEEKS OF GETTING SENT OFF I FINALLY DEMANDED THEY TELL ME WHATS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. ONLY THEN DID THEY CLAIM THAT MY STARTER WENT OU
