Bought my 2021 f150 stx from them. Donovan took great care of me. Sent me everything I asked for before I made my journey down to salt lake from Denver. Got into town and to Rc automotive 5 minutes before they closed. Came in signed paperwork and handed over my check all within 15 mins of showing up. Truck was exactly as described and didn’t try to hide anything. The truck was absolutely spotless thanks to their detailer. Drove it 2k miles within a week with no issues. Out of state buyer looking for this specific year/color combo for over a year and every time one came available (2 in the country) it was sold within a few days. Out of state purchase, Donovan was easy to work with and over-communicated and was up front about all features and flaws. Finance manager was a gem, got me squared away quickly and accurately, loved it. Pleasant sales experience, not super pushy, very responsive, and overall a good experience. No surprises after a 350 mile drive and condition was well documented and described. Competitive pricing made the drive worth it and couldn't be happier. Time will tell but I feel the vehicle is a good fit for me and I'm pleased with the low stress experience working with RC Automotive.
