RCM Automotive Services Inc

I will never bring my vehicles to RCM again, nor recommend them. They were recommended to me because of the previous owner. They changed all my brake lines. I drove it home, ,pedal didn't seem as tight, but what did I know. The next day I had no brakes, the pedal went to the floor. Eric told me to bring it back or tow it. I brought it back they found a loose line, and corrected that. I took it home, again, the next day I had no brakes, the pedal went to the floor. After paying 1500.00, I got someone else, and saved the tow, aggravation and chance of an accident. Paid him to come to me. He bled the lines again. When he got to the right rear and took the tire off, he had a hard time getting the bleeder loose, to many times to clear the lines, and I was pumping the brakes. Told me right r

RCM Automotive deserves a five star rating! Eric is very informative and honest. The shop crew is great. I have been much relieved to be able to drop off my car, not worry so much when something happens unexpectedly.

We have been loyal customers of RCM for over 30 years. We started out with Richy and his mobile services and followed him right into the brick & mortar shop. Current owner Eric has truly transtioned seamlessly with the highest quality service, professionalism and value that we had come to expect. Service is always timely and courteous and repair work is beyond reproach. Every employee is dedicated to the same high standard of professionalism and honest and fair work. We highly recommend RCM to everyone. Truly a family business that makes you feel like their own from day one.

What is the holy grail in life? Answer: Finding a good car mechanic who is honest and doesn't try to rip you off. I've been a faithful customer of RCM since 1991 when original owner Rich serviced cars by coming to you with his mobile unit. He then moved into his current garage location on Lakeland Ave a few years later. When Rich sold his business to Eric in 2011 I was heartbroken at first. I had lost my holy grail and feared I would just become another number. But much to my surprise Eric took the time to speak with me 1:1 explaining his business model, his own life passions, and asked to give him a chance to keep me as a customer. Very happy to report Eric gets a A+ for carrying the RCM brand forward. Eric is a great guy who puts customer service #1. He squeezes me into his schedule la

Been going to RCM for a while now (10+ years) and they've always been the utmost in service, honesty, and integrity. Eric and his guys are all professional and down to earth.
