I took my truck in for a backup lights switch and for my radio . They fixed the backup lights switch, they changed out the starter switch mechanism and when I picked my truck up he said proudly that the radio and the cigarette lighter both work now. I got in and started driving down the street when I tried to turn on my radio, to my surprise it was exactly like it was when I took it in. And to add to my problems, my (keys in ignition/lights on)warning alarm now comes on when I open my driver door for no reason. Also now my door lock no longer works on the truck door. I called him immediately to ask about this "considering he told me that the radio was working now". Oh also the starter switch is so tight now it is hard to turn on. Absolutely amazing people and service! I had another place thrown in some tires and it ruined my alignment. Called and Angie got me in ASAP. Super nice lady. Took my car in around 830a and it was done by lunchtime. Notification by text with the invoice and all details. No surprises!!! They even washed and detailed my car for me. I had a small piece of bling on the trim that was falling off and they glued it back on. Beautiful!!!!! To top all of that fabulous stuff the price was wonderful!!! Go You must go You won't regret it! PS I am new to the area and do not know them personally. This is valid.

They gave my husband a replacement vehicle while our son 's truck is in their shop. Yesterday he called Thomas Tire Automotive to let them know that after they worked on his truck that it stalled again. Tomas Tire Automotive told him if it breaks down again to just call a tow truck and being it in. R +D Automotive gave him a replacement vehicle and Thomas Tire Automotive gave him the run around.

Hands down the most honest shop in the area. I took my truck here to have a few minor things repaired. A few days later they called me and let me know that due to a larger issue they discovered, they decided not to do any of the requested work because it would be a waste of money for me. They didn’t try to upsell, they didn’t charge me for anything. They were in the perfect position to take my money and not say anything about the serious issue that I was unaware of, but instead they turned down my money for my own benefit. I will be a customer for life now. All service prior to this has been fast and affordable, and the entire staff has always been very friendly

Amazing! My pregnant wife and two young boys were traveling and had to stay at hotel when we got a bad oil leak. Dropped car off at shop and they offered to take me back to our hotel so I could be with my family. Within an hour came back to hotel to pick me up to get my SUV and got our family back on the road. Thank you so much!!
