Staff is pleasant and the cars wrote well cleaned. Gave me a full history of the car I purchased. Wasn't pushy at all and made me and my kids feel good. We came close to closing and we were not rushed at all. I Def want to purchase another car from here again. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. They even stayed open so I could get my oil change when they could have closed.

Wayyy over priced. I ask if they could locate a noise that I hear coming from the front end. That way i would be able to order the correct part to replace whatever's creating the noise. I get a write up for $94 stating that they also hear a noise coming from the front end. But can't locate exactly where and I get charge $94 for no more answers then the time I walked in. Never spend another penny there!

I had a great experience at RDA. The team was professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything. The work was completed on time. I have used RDA previously and will definitely be back for future vehicle needs. Thanks guys!

I have taken 2 different cars fir service within the last month. R D A SOUTH is the BEST. I highly recommend! Great prices, great service, the staff was kind , friendly & very accommodating & professional. Very great service. I will go no where else.

took my 2020 mclaren 570 spider into rda south (derby, new york) for an alignment. they were the only shop in western new york that i can confidently say i trust with a car like mine. it is extremely hard to find a trustworthy and reliable shop with cars in general, let alone “super cars”. they were less expensive then the dealership but obviously you can’t be picky with pricing when it comes to vehicles like this. the technician felito was extremely careful and paid attention to every little detail. sawyer at the front desk was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. best auto shop in the area hands down.
