Friendly staff and nice new building! Haven’t used them for service/rentals but the parts department has always been helpful and accommodating!

We lease trucks from this place. 2025 mack anthem sleeper. If there's any problem they're very quick to fix it. Office personnel are extremely friendly and professional!

Went in with a fault code (clogged NOx sensor.) They ran Diagnostics and found excessive carbon in exhaust from turbo. Ordered the part and they were able to make repairs before noon the next day. EXCELLENT JOB. Thank you to Josh and everyone there.

I have never been more disappointed in the service team here in my life. Will not be doing business anymore. All our business will be moved to another site. Had work performed. Within two weeks, same issue occurred again. Was charged the same fee for doing the same repair WITHIN THE SAME MONTH of paying the first bill. Played phone tag about the bill, but instead of discussing it, we were charged the whole bill amount without anyone contacting us about charging our cards first. Also charged the wrong business cards. Be weary of Josh and Keith.

NOPE!!! So we bought a new truck here & ever since we have bought it there has been issues. Then every time we take it in to get worked on they have ABSOLUTELY no idea how to fix it. Also the underwriters do not relay the message on what needs to be done & when the customer needs it back. They are always pushing the blame on someone. Every time we bring this truck in we are loosing money because when the truck isn’t running it’s not making money!! Very disappointed how returning customers are being handled. Just don’t waste your money or time here plus they are only open till 1pm on Saturday & closed on Sunday buyer beware!!!
