After a streak of bad luck, our family has needed three different cars towed home in the last 7 days. All three times these guys took the call and delivered amazing, friendly service. They worked directly with our insurance for billing and brought us home safely with the car on one occasion. Scott and Eric were prompt and respectable of our property and yard when dropping the cars off. Thank you for taking care of us this week, hope its a long time until we need to meet again!

I narrowed down a growl/howl noise in my truck to the rear axle. I didn't have time to work on it and I need the truck this time of year. I talked to Eric and he properly diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it (replaced axle bearings), and charged a fair price to do so. The axle is now very quiet and working perfectly!

The driver was very nice! First thing he did was get my daughter and I out of the heat. And was friendly and chatty on the way home.

I was in a late-night car accident a few years back after hitting a deer. The Ionia County deputy called R.E. Ruehs Garage to tow my car. At no point in the incident did the tow truck driver ever discuss the rates or, for that matter, speak with me at all. The accident occurred on a Friday night and the tow truck driver arrived to the scene around 11 PM. At that time, this garage was closed on Saturday and Sunday. For this reason, the earliest time I could have my car moved from their lot to my body shop was 8 AM on Monday when they opened. When I arrived to arrange for my car to be released from the lot, I was welcomed with a bill over $400. They charged me over $250 for a 10-12 mile tow and then charged me a full four days for storing the car on their lot. Keep in mind, the car was on
