Reading Collision Center is amazing! But even more so is its body shop manager, Bob Kriebel! Bob’s professionalism is what keeps me returning to this collision center. He is also kind and very respectful. Every single time I need any kind of assistance, Bob is always willing to fit me into his schedule and repair whatever needs done. The work is also impeccable. I am always very pleased with the outcome. Being a person who pays close attention to detail, and I am meticulous when it comes to my car, it is sometimes hard to please me. However, Bob always goes over and beyond what is expected, and for that, I am extremely grateful. I recommend this collision center and Bob Kriebel without any reservation. I’d give them both a 100/100 if I could!

I had my Audi repaired here after an accident. The vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. It looked better than it did before coming to the body shop. Id like to give a shout out to Bob. I can tell he truly takes pride in his work. Id recommend to my friends and family

I would give 10 stars if I could! I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience, from beginning to end. It's always so stressful after you get into an accident. Everyone there was super friendly and easy to work with, especially the body shop manager, Bob. He is phenomenal!! They answered every one of my 1,000 questions, kept me updated the whole time, and made sure everything was done right. It’s so nice to find a shop that actually cares about their customers. It's super hard to find that anymore. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything repaired again - I'm a customer for life! Thank you for everything, I highly recommend this shop and Bob!!

Took about 9 business days to get my 16 Honda Civic fixed(July 12-July 22). I did not receive any updates, they only told me my car was ready for pick up. They worked with the other parties instance company, and did the quotes/estimate for me which was convenient. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. My car came vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. They gave me aftercare instructions, I did a walkthrough if the work and found that my trunk was not put back together properly (minor inconvenience). The repair guy quickly fixed the issue and I was sent on my way. So far no issues with my rear bumper. I believe they painted it as well. They guarantee their work and any issues I have I can come back. I would recommend this shop for rear bumper work, I’ve had no issues. Honda certifie
