I have used Real Auto Glass' Services twice now. First time for a windshield replacement and the second for a patch. They're honest and straight-forward in their evaluation of the issue and will explain why they need to do what they need to. Throughout both processes I never felt I was getting hustled or ignored. I was lucky that I did not need the windshield repairing on my car. I did however setup an appointment for repair thinking my windshield was leaking. The customer service and communication was great. They arrived within the time frame I was given and came with replacement glass. After looking at my car it was found the sunroof was not closing totally. I did not get charged for the call out and was given very good advice. I was very impressed by the way I was treated.
