I purchased an International truck from this location, sales guy PJ and while the truck itself has performed well, the air conditioning has already failed after only five months. I am extremely frustrated, as working in the heat is difficult and this issue has created a serious problem for me. When I contacted Raymond, he seemed more interested in explaining over the phone that “trucks break” and mentioning a possible discount rather than addressing the fact that this failure occurred far too soon. I expect the A/C to be covered, and it is disappointing that there appears to be little concern for resolving this issue properly. I expected for them to make a upsale and suggest we bring it back in for service or something. But Nope, Jarrod in Service was to ever leave this location they would be truly leaving a asset behind ! He was so compassionate, patient, and guiding. We got oil change and inspection two weeks ago and got back to Fort Myers and truck wouldn't start after a few cold nights , Steve who is equally so kind told us we needed fuel started spray and we had no clue where to locate it and Jarrod received images and walked us to where and how to get our truck started thank u !
