Parts department never answer the phone ,even if they are one in front each to others looking at his face.Dont waste your time trying to tal to some one there.

Owner/operators, beware of taking your truck here. You will be better taken care off at an independent diesel mechanic shop. Took my truck in for rough idling and brakes, first time, work was deemed complete by dealer (changed an injector, Egr valve and a sensor at the intake), I took off and was left stranded on side of road a couple of days later, $1k tow. Their mechanic came back with another diagnosis, this time on high level soot dpf, took them 2 weeks to remove and reinstall, I of course paid for this second bill, no questions asked. Truck continued to have same rough idling, brakes were never fully solved, almost left me stranded a second time. They asked me to take it in a third time but I decided to take my $10k loss and take it some somewhere else. I sensed their mechanic would

Great service never have complaints guys in parts department are great goes above and beyond over patient people and not to mention they are very handsome

Something drastic must have happened here.Cause this place has always been crazy.. but my last experience is what dreams are made of.. very organized, and I was actually cheating like a person this time.. what I used to do is leave the area to go to another dealer. Now I feel like I had to come to my home dealer.

Costumer service at the counter is very bad. People waiting for so long and after 30 minutes waiting come to take care costumers
