I am honestly not a hundred percent sure what star rating to give them between one or two stars. They do offer quite a few parts & a needed service at decent prices, but my experience with them made it to where I wouldn't want to work with them again. Their website doesn't have specific measurements for the crankshafts, nor does it state which specific models they will fit. Instead they just have them listed a "Ford 2.0", "Dodge 2.7" etc. Due to their 20% restock fee I wanted to be sure that the crankshaft I was about to drop $350 + on was the correct part, so I called the shop prior to ordering to speak with someone. I believe it may have been the owner I spoke with, but I can not remember their name (just that they had an accent). I provided them with the year, make and model along with

I thought the deal on a new 5VZ-FE crank was too good to be true, but these guys shipped a beautiful refurbished crank for a very good value, while including shipping a 40 pound behemoth package in this generous price. Additionally, the staff was wonderful to talk to, and very responsive to my specific questions. Easily one of the best machine shop interactions I've ever had, would shop here again, no doubts.
