I had a really good experience with Recovery 1 Towing today. I was unfortunately broke down in DC and had to be towed all the way to Baltimore. To start, the service was excellent and the pricing, competitive. Malachi, my driver, was super professional and very personable. He updated me constantly on his whereabouts before his arrival, and once on call, proceeded to quickly get me across town. You can tell these guys are all about good business. My experience with Recovery Towing was beyond exceptional. From the moment I called yesterday about towing services for my vehicle, the gentleman I can’t recall his name but he was very informative about the services and rates which by the way was more affordable than other towing companies that I called prior. Also the driver was very friendly and informative, he called a few times for eta and although the instructions I gave him to where the vehicle was located he understood exactly where it was and loaded the vehicle efficiently and effectively. I didn’t ask the driver for his name but last name is Wheeler. I loved his professionalism and asked me the name of the person who would be waiting for my vehicle which was my mechanic.
