I don't know the name of the driver that brought in the smashed Nissan Altama today. He was on camera digging through the papers in my glove box at first. He then went to my front door and pointed my camera at the ground. It was 2 am and when I went out there to see what was happening he said he would leave my car if I did "something" for him. I went inside at that point, did bother to find out what he wanted me to do. This experience was creepy and has to be close to illegal. I hope no one else has to go through this.

There was a miscommunication about my personal property JR went out of his way to make sure I got my personal property that had my license plate. For I am getting a flight at 6 a.m. to go to Phoenix to pick up. And even though it was after hours and when he was getting back in town and could have gone home. He took the time to let me get my license and the stress that he took off. I can't thank him enough for being such a great employee and being so professional. Times become tough, and I could no longer afford my vehicle. Ultimately it arrived on RMS repo list. I've dealt with repo guys in the past however when I dealt with the last repo guy. It was a oddly good experience. Past guys have been extremely rude and never let me even near the car. Now the repo man, Quentin, was very respectful and professional. Took me aside (I was at work), and explained what was going on. He allowed me to get my belongings, and gave me the info to my lienholder. I had over $150 in the glove box (Left over from my check) and it was still in there when I got my truck back. My truck was repossessed in Farmington, NM. But this is the only Recovery Management Solutions I could find. Seems like the same company.

I had to deal with this company under an unfortunate situation with my vehicle (my fault) I had personal belongings left in my vehicle. They tell you that they inventory your items, and box them. When you pickup your items its a $75 fee. In my situation they didn't inventory or document my belongings, instead they stole from my vehicle and broke plastic interior pieces, including trunk interior panels, shift lock hole by the shifter, and oddly enough enabled child locks on rear doors. Be cautious with this company they use LPR and DRM companies and are over priced with storage fees, admin fees.
