I love Red bluff used cars I have bought two vehicles from Raphael he was very nice to me and I will buy over and over and over again

I was in desperate need of a work truck after a sequence of un fortunate events. I was able to get back to work and function fully thanks only to the staff at this dealership. The owner is very easy to communicate and is accommodating as long as honest efforts to communicate and correct any delinquencies are made. This in-house financing was exactly what I needed and I will be happy to do business again.

I give this dear 0 stars. I only put one because I had to so I could give a review. This dealer is very nice when you try to purchase a car from him but when you are a date late he's calling with an attitude that is so nasty. I purchased my car in March of 2022. It is now July 2022 and the engine has locked up. I had two different mechanics look at it and put it on the computer. Both mechanics go the same results. I called Red Bluff and he tells me oh the engine went out, I'm sorry, I'll have someone come and pick it up. I'll just sell it for parts or I can go to the junkyard and get a engine. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RED BLUFF USED CARS. I read the reviews after I purchased the car and it was too late. I was not going to get any of myiney back. This is a SORRY DEALERSHIP RUN AWAY AND RUN

This car dealership is nothing but a con artist dealership. they greet you with a smile, but don't Dare two miss a payment for just one or two days, because your car will be repossessed. you will have to pay a lot of money to get it back. They don't care anything a bout you or the only means of transportation to your job or groceries all they think about is their greedy pockets. instead get your cars at Craigslist. I got 3 Cars and just fix the miner problems. cars from Craigslist no problems at all. But all ways go with 2 or 3 people. It's more safe that way. All so always ask for a ID and a sing title before giving any 💰. If you can meet at a safe place to conduct the deal.

If I could give zero stars I would. Sold me a bad car and knew it was bad. A week after I drove it the engine was vibrating like a tractor. After I tried returning it they said they would not transfer the loan to another car. I was a customer for these people for a year and have nothing positive to say. Don’t go here. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth it at all.
