I just want everyone to know that Melissa is absolutely fantastic. I came with an expired driver's license and she walked me through the process of how to renew my information. Melissa was due to go home at 5pm and with a positive attitude and a smiling face the entire time she was very helpful with my husband and me. She stayed nearly an hour past the time she was due to go home. Being that I'm a Delaware County resident this was not only very helpful but she went well beyond her duties with the most pleasant attitude one would want from a customer service assistant. Yesterday I was a little skeptical going there and looking at cars with my 17yr old(shes been saving for ages to get her 1st car) cars were clean, the mechanics helped alot with showing her and her boyfriend what to look at and look for, 1 even went on a test drive with her and noticed a few things, but talked with the owner about pricing and the owner was great! He worked with us on prices and agreed to fix a few things about the car. Melissa was great too, she walked us thru the paperwork, helped with insurance, tags/registration and transferring the title. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back to look another car from them! Bought a 03 Honda accord from NOAH COWHUN with what was supposed to be 120k miles but by the time bought it had 125k from the owner driving which is fine. Noah told me it was a reliable car for a single mom and a kid and guess what? 1.5 months later catalyc converter and sensors go bad that’s $1067 cost. You sold me a lemon. I will be reporting you.
