Red Hill Automotive and Performance

I have been a customer of Red Hill Automotive for only a few months, but unfortunately, I will no longer be bringing my business there due to the way I was spoken to and treated during my most recent interaction. My first visit was for a repair covered under a warranty. When the part failed again within the warranty period, it was replaced at no charge—which I appreciated. Throughout our dealings, I have always paid what was asked from him for his labor and time invested, and have even added extra as a gesture of appreciation. If anything was discounted it was because of not being able to figure out what was causing the problem and the fact that it was inconveniencing both him and I, when he had already told me to bring the car in any time the problem was more apparent so that maybe he wo

Great place to take your Vehicle, Will and Sean are 2 of the hardest working and honest ppl you will meet. I take everything I have to them, to get worked on. You won't go wrong with Red Hill Automotive, if they can't fix it, they will help you get to where you need to be.

Will was honest with me when my vehicle was no longer worth fixing. I was homeless & getting out of a terrible situation. He stored my vehicle for me for a very long time & did not pressure me or add to my mounting stress/problems. I'm in a much better situation finally and just took my RoomAtes car to be repaired. He fixed it in 1 day (others would have had it a week) and for half what others quoted. I'm honestly unsure of how he even profited. If you want a great mechanic who is honest & does quality work quickly- Will is the man to go see! We have been going there for 5+ years now (after trying several others in the area) & have had multiple repairs. Small jobs and big ones. Zero complaints!

I called about getting my AC compressor fixed that morning. They said come on in and they had me fixed up by the end of the day. My car was ready blowing ice cold air. They did a great job for a great price. I highly recommend them.

I will never use this shop again. He had my truck for three weeks and returned it just as broken as it was the day we dropped it off. He put a junkyard computer in it to fix a misfire and when we picked it up it was still running rough and check engine light still on. And some how the speedometer doesn't work now either. He told us it was probably due to the age of the vehicle. He really had no good answers for us and he couldn't fix our vehicle. He really left us in a worse spot than we were in before. That didn't stop him from charging us though. I wish he would have just told me up front if he didn't really want to work on it. Now I'm left with a vehicle I still can't use and less money to have it fixed.
