Mr. Victor is truly an amazing person. After my accident, he not only showed great compassion but also called me weekly to check in and update me on the status of my car. Because the at-fault driver was underinsured, we had to switch the claim from her insurance to my own, which complicated the process — but Victor stayed on top of everything. Although the repairs were completed, the insurance company refused to pay the full amount and kept dragging things out, causing unnecessary delays. That’s when his manager, Cody, stepped in and finally helped resolve the situation

My car is a Rare 2009 Shelby 2009 GT 500 KR. Build number 479 out of 712 built. My car was damaged during a bad wind storm when the structure that my car was parked under was ripped apart and dragged across the car. It scratched the paint and damaged the stripping which had to be replaced. Shelby Automotive didn't have any stripping and they were no longer available. So the shop had to purchase a similar replacement stripping kit. The Body shop representative Greg, called me and said the car was ready. When i went to pick up the car there were bubbles on the stripping. Gregg said he would order more strips and call me when ready. About three weeks later I picked up the car. I did a quick check for bubbles where I saw them before and they were gone so I took the car. I sold the

Gregg as well as David went above and beyond!! It shows just look at my hood! They did a fantastic job. The ladies in the office are always very warm and friendly. All around great customer service!

good work on my car, would’ve preferred better communication instead of being ignored for three days, no call backs whatsoever. Margaret was much helpful than Robert. She was able to answer most of my questions. I could never get a hold of robert probably spoke to him three times for the three week duration they had with my car.
