I had an excellent experience at Red McCombs Ford West and a huge part of that was thanks to my salesperson Luis Salazar and sales manager Samuel Jay. They genuinely listened to what I wanted and needed, never tried to upsell me, and ensured that every option aligned with my priorities and budget. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed the entire time. Their attention to detail and patience made the whole process smooth and stress free. Between my wife and I and two grown sons who are frequently switching out vehicles, I would say that this has been the best car buying experience. If you’re looking for someone who truly puts the customer first and not just another arrogant and sneaky salesperson, I highly recommend asking for these two. They have earned my trust and business.

I have been buying vehicles from this dealership since 2009 and just purchased my 5th vehicle a 2025 F150. The sales team was awesome and worked with me to make sure the transaction went well. They called two days after I picked up my truck to see if everything was ok with my vehicle. They definitely went the extra mile for me as usual.

I was driving through and I had all these alerts lol up on my Bronco. It went into the service department on the Tues and Rachelle helped me out. She got me in have it looked at as well as they were able to do a oil change for me after diagnosing the issue. Even though I had to wait for the part to come in 1 day, everything was fixed up quickly!! Everyone from Rachelle to the shuttle driver was sooooo nice!!! Thank you for squeezing me in on my trip.

Very pleased with the service we received. There was a recall a while back on the F150s. Ford sent multiple communications reminding me of the recall and how they were ready to correct the issue. Well they weren't kidding, they were ready for me. It took little effort to make the appointment. Upon arrival, early before my scheduled appointment, they took me in right away. Not only were they prepared to fix the problem they asked if I had been experiencing other issues or had concerns. Soo, I gave them a list of things to look at. 😀 With no hesitation they wrote everything down. Not only did they fix the matter with the recall, they replaced my battery, checked my brakes, and so on! I drove away confident that my truck was well taken care of and ready to drive it with out any concerns.

Buying used cars can be stressful and costly; however, I was able to get ahold of an exceptional deal at McCombs West in San Antonio TX on a 2023 Subaru Ascent Limited. Funny, I was at that location for an oil change on my truck and when wandering around the lot I came across Benito Garza who took the time to get to know me a bit and that the Subaru I had spotted there peaked my interest. One thing led to another and with the diligence of Benito, I wound up trading my wife’s car in on the deal and drove away with positive equity in the Subaru. Can’t go wrong with Benito!
