I’m a disabled Veteran who needed to trade my truck because I could no longer get in and out of it because of my disability. I went to five different dealerships and tried five different cars to see the right fit to put my wheelchair ramp on the back successfully. The Santa Fe seem to fit all of bells and whistles but it has been a nightmare on the service side. The front wheel was damaged and I was told they would fix it. The brakes were squealing, the hotter they got the louder they got. I took it in three times. The VA put my wheelchair lift on the back of car because I was told that it would handle it. It would not. The back up sensor would not allow me to back up cause the emergency brake to lockup. The service person took days to find out if it could be turned off. It could not be tu
One employee there was extremely unprofessional, and despicable. When I was speaking to his face he tucked his tail and would not look at me. But when he thought I was under misfortune he looked in my face and smiled. Little does he know I forced his dealership to keep their word that they would not charge me labor for repairs after I got a free engine replacement under the theta 2 program. Rigo Rivera, I suggest you look at the cameras and see what type of employee you have.
I’m fully convinced that Justin & Mr. Ronnie Baker are the only reasons this place is operating. Ronnie is always the most cheerful and helpful greeter. Justin makes sure that I stay up to date on what’s going on with my car, and that the service gets completed promptly. I drive 700+ miles a week, so I visit this location frequently for maintenance. Today I came in for maintenance and some warning lights and I was given a different service advisor named Victor. After 10 minutes Victor finally started to get me checked in. As I’m explaining the issues with my car he proceeded to “mansplain” the process of running codes when I already told him I knew how it worked because I typically work on my own vehicles but since this is warranty work, I come in for it. We brought our car in because of engine and hybrid charging issues. After 4 days, we called, they didn't even have the courtesy to call us. We found out that due to a recall on the radio, a part had to be ordered. We didn't come for the recall, and the recall wasn't even critical, but they held our car for what looks like it's going to be weeks. When you call because they won't call you, expect to get the run around. Then, when you finally talk to your service associate, they will not have an update from the person who worked on your car. Then if you need a loner vehicle plan to have the blood of your first born with you, because if you even think about bringing it back dirtier then what they gave it to you then they will charge you.
