Red Mountain Car & RV Wash

This car wash used to be great, but lately it’s been terrible. The machines barely work, the equipment leaks, and the soap settings are often empty. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years, but at this point I probably won’t be coming back.

A year ago I would of left a different review. Have been here recently multiple times and paid with a card, nothing worked. When it does work water pressure is ok, equipment leaks. The soap never seems to work, not sure what is the point of the option if it doesn’t work. They only seem to rinse the mud out of the bays. Recently painted the place but it’s like lipstick on a pig.

Not sure why so many people have given this car wash negative reviews. We came here to wash our mountain bikes and car after riding and it was perfect. Great water pressure. Can pay with credit card at the bay. Will definitely come back! Thank you

On 12/19/2025 I washed my GMC Canyon pickup at the Red Mountain Car Wash. Like others before me have commented, if there were chemicals in either the pre-soak or the wash cycles, it was not obvious. When I finally decided that the vehicle was as clean as it was going to get, I hit the stop button, hung up the wand and noted that the charge was like $9.38. That was only the start of my problems. A couple of days later, I checked my online credit card charges and noticed a charge from Red Mountain Car Wash in the amount of $10. Thinking they might have added a service charge for the use of a credit card, I let it go. A few days later, I checked the charge again and it had been increased to $25. This place has gone downhill within the past months. I’ve been going to this car wash for seven years and have never seen it this bad. The vacuums steal your quarters. Most of the chemicals are always out and when you call the company, they never pick up. They do not call you back after leaving a voicemail. I paid $25 to wash my own vehicle just to leave with hard water spots due to multiple bays being out of most chemicals. I’m not one to leave negative reviews based off a few bad experiences. But when it’s a consistent series of bad experiences. Then something needs to be done. Kindly return my phone call issue me a refund. I will update this review.
