Red Oak Car Wash

I can honestly say this is the best car wash in the area. It’s definitely the best in terms of value for money. I also loved the tire shine service. I’ve never gotten such great results at any other car wash before.

THIS IS NOT TO MALIGN THIS ESTABLISHMENT: This is the only carwash I get my truck detailed at. This may change after today. I was here about 8 months ago when their building/machines lost power. I'd already paid for a $35 detail. Marcus, the manager that day, and Eric, the cashier, assured me that I would be able to come back and I'd be accommodated. Well, we got a series of showers over the next couple of weeks so I was reluctant to go and get my detail that I had paid for. I've been back twice, including this morning and have yet to receive my paid detail. Today, I explained to the cashier Bibi my situation and she suggested I go inside and speak to the manager. The Hand Wash is the way to go! Between 5 different people. They completely rejuvenated my wife’s car. The car was in desperate need of a wash. The team at Red Oak Car Wash made my wife’s GMC Terrain look like it just left the showroom floor. The inside had not been that clean since we bought it! 10 stars! 110%! All of the above! Incredible job! Thank you and gracias to everyone that helped!

HORRIBLE !!! Do not go here!!!! They have raised their prices but lowered the quality BY FAR. I have been coming here for years and now they are charging $45 to clean the inside and outside of your car . And they did a horrible job . I had to point out multiple spots they neglected just to get my moneys worth . They tried to send me off without even cleaning my cupholders /dash and there was still dirt all around my car. I also have scratches on the back of my car from the drive thru car wash and the “manager” basically just told me that the machine couldn’t have done that.. but it did .Horrible business and they will NEVER get another dime from me… and the office smell like FEET

I had one of the worst experiences imaginable at Red Oak Car Wash. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff had no sense of professionalism or care for their customers. The workers were lazy, inattentive, and did not complete the job properly. My car was not cleaned to any acceptable standard, and it felt like they were just rushing through everything without concern for quality. To make matters even worse, they lost my car keys and I’ve noticed some of my things have disappeared. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one handling personal vehicles.
