Red Rock Auto Repair

I'm from out of the area and had a vehicle taken to Red Rock for a pre-purchase inspection. John was great, got the vehicle in the same day and saved me not only money for the purchase but many repairs. Highly recommend this shop. Thank you Red Rock Jeff

The guys were awesome and helped me get a diagnosis to initiate some warranty repairs from the place that did the repairs earlier this year. Without their diagnosis, the place that did the repairs was acting like nothing was wrong my car. I’ll be back but hopefully not for a while!

I really wanted to like this place. They did a beautiful job installing my engine mount (Under David Johnson). But they messed up the side of my hood so it doesn’t close evenly. I do have a small dent on the front of my hood but it never had issues closing completely. You can even see grease and dirt on the passenger side where the engine mount is. It looks like they had left tools on my engine or that area and slammed the hood shut, bending the entire hood so it doesn’t close evenly on the passenger side. It wasn’t like that before. The mechanic even made a comment about the dent in the front of a hood. So it seemed he was aware of what happened and wanted to blame it on that. I was hoping to get a bunch more work done long term here but if they can’t fix a mistake like that I don’t know

Everyone at red rock auto was awesome. I could really feel their genuine kindheartedness. They gave their time to help me diagnose a stalling issue I had with my ford. I know good people when I meet them. These guys are good people.

Really bad experience, huge waste of time and money. They also didn’t fix the car, they said “should be fixed if you keep running it”. Edit: the repair wasn’t authorized, I paid 850 and I have the car parked at home because it’s not working.
