I am very satisfied with the work of this towing company. Today they quickly pulled my truck out of a snowbank and fixed the issue with the air lines. The team was professional, polite, and friendly. Special thanks to the female dispatcher for her attentiveness and assistance. I’m giving them 5 stars and wish the company continued success and growth in business!

Stuart, sorry if I misspelled your name, was fantastic. Quick and careful. A different towing company was supposed to pick up my car the day before but did not. I rescheduled the tow and was sent Red Top towing. He called me right away and I told him where the keys were and where it should go and he was so polite and helpful. I won't mess around with my roadside assistance, I will call them right away. Thank you so much!

Truck drivers never want to meet Tow recovery drivers lol. From my first call to Ashley, she made me feel right at home and cared for. Michael showed up and is a true professional and deserves all the accolades. Thank you again for rescuing me with quick reaction times. Not easy being 90 miles from nowhere but knowing RED TOP has your back is essential to my peace of mind.

I was stuck @ an I94 WB rest area in Menoken, ND with all four individual trailer brake systems hopelessly frozen, rendering them totally useless. The tech that came to my rescue (AL), was personable, uber professional, highly knowledgeable and impressively quick and efficient. He had me out of there in no time flat. Took him less than 5 minutes.. Only holdup was the post-job paperwork from the company that owned the trailer. We all know how that goes. Not the tech’s fault, obviously. Kudos to RED TOP RECOVERY, and AL in particular. TOP SHELF! Almost forgot: Great price too. Only reason I’m giving them/him 5 stars is because GOOGLE won’t let me give them/him SIX.

These ppl are so amazing. Truely cant say enough. Was broke down in blizzard so zero temps. Al was one in a million was so worried bout me getting warm n was Johnny on the spot. When towed was ended he even took tomy motel so I wouldn't be cold walking the 1/2 mile. I will never forget these ppl and I truely thank god for such good n gracious folks. If ever in need you wont find a better service or ppl. I was blessed to have them help me.
