Very quick approval and delivery of my vehicle. The delivery man Dave, was very informative and helpful. Before I really had a chance to drive the car I noticed a screw in the one tire that was not fixable. I called RWB and they not only acted quickly to get it replaced but they also paid to have 2 tires replaced to keep it in balance. Very friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend RWB to friends and family.

My partner purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from this dealership, and unfortunately the experience has been frustrating from early on. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on while driving home. We brought the car back to be serviced and were told the issue was fixed, but the check engine light returned again later, which already raised concerns about how thoroughly the vehicle had been inspected before being sold. Now, about a year later, with the vehicle at around 143,000 miles, the control arm and spindle have broken, making the car unsafe to drive. We were quoted $3,000 for the repair. The dealership offered to help cover part of the repair, but still expects my partner to pay $1,500 and then $25 biweekly to pay off the remaining balance. During the discussion
