Redbud Senior Apartments

I drove thru there today to check it out after talking to the manager a few days ago. She wont respond to my voicemail or emails. I am so glad I looked at it. First, its on a bad part of OKC, second, the property didnt look nice at all, kind of dumpy...Check it out in person before you rent!!! Its a BIG no for me!!!!

Barbara, the manager, is very professional, caring, and kind. She is very honest, and she leaves nothing unsaid. You know just what's going to happen because she will help you navigate through the process painlessly. A great asset to this property! Thank you Barbara

I have lived here for over three years and find this a nice quiet place to live. Ms. Barbara Thomas is the Manager and she with the grounds manager are more helpful than any other place I have found to call home, since retirement. Residents are of all walks of life and mostly enjoyable. Some of us really enjoy watching the life on the farm next door.

The maintenance man has his 2 huge German shepherds running around the grounds unleashed while he is in and out of the residents apts. They are pooping all over the grounds and the excrement is not being picked up. It is a sanitary issue and a safety issue. And it needs to come to an abrupt halt. If the tenants couldn't get away with it he shouldn't either.

I love living here and it is so well groomed and the office manager, maintenance and my neighbors are just wonderful to be around!!!
