Love the office but even more was the excellent customer service extremely fast at diagnosing my car it had thrown a code but it was an oddity they didn't even charge me I couldn't believe it!!! Owner was very kind and extremely knowledgeable definitely going back there if I have any other issues with my vehicle and highly recommend anyone in the area looking for some good old-fashioned service check them out!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend I'm a woman on a solo trip across country driving home from Missouri to visit my sister when I became aware of an intermittent clicking noise coming from my front left axle in Reno. When I arrived in Redding my sister referred Redding One Stop. I was beyond impressed with the transparency of the customer service. Had a U Joint on my 2015 Ran 2500 going out mechanic and I went for a drive so he could hear what I heard then they not on watch while the problem was manually recreated on the lift but brought me the old part to inspect for myself when they took it off. They had no idea that I was already suspecting the U Joint or have had limited mechanical training they just wanted me confident in the work they were recommending be done.
