Amazing experience! The team at this shop flawlessly installed my PPE heavy-duty aluminum differential cover, cast aluminum oil pan, and performance transmission cooler, along with the deep HD cast aluminum transmission pan and thermal bypass valve — all done quickly and professionally. I'm admittedly bougie about my car service. Until recently, my 100K-mile vehicle has only been serviced at the dealership to ensure everything was done "just right". That is until I got what seemed like an exorbitant repair bill. Looking for a second opinion, I stumbled upon Redd's. They could have quoted me anything lower than the dealer quote, and I probably would have had the work done. But finding nothing really wrong, they sent me on my way without so much as a diagnostic charge. That kind of honesty and integrity seems hard to come by these days. I don't often need my vehicle repaired, but Redd's has earned my business when i do.
