I had an excellent experience at Redline Auto Service. Huge thanks to Nick and Hunter — they were extremely helpful, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They provided very detailed inspection reports for both of my cars — a Range Rover and a Porsche Macan — and took exceptional care of all the maintenance work. Everything was clearly explained, no pressure, and I genuinely felt they had my best interest in mind. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest, thorough, and truly customer-focused. I highly recommend Redline Auto Service and will definitely be coming back!

They are 'one of the good guys'! How nice to find a shop that services European cars without being predatory. Nick was up front about costs on the phone, patient when we were sourcing options, and quick to get us in when we made our decision. He honored his initial pricing and serviced our car very quickly. We will be sure to give them our future business!

My husband and I take our mercedes to Red Line for everything. We have more trust in them over the dealership any day. We've had regular maintenance like an oil change to a/c work and electrical issues. I respect the price for the quality of work and their customer service hands down. Never had one complaint over the last 10+ yrs we have went to them.

Customer service were exceptional. I learned a lot after picking up my car. Nick and Hunter took the time to explain things to me that I previously didn't understand. They were patient as well as professional, and very knowledgeable about cars, particularly the kind of car I drive, an Audi. I felt comfortable with taking my car to their business because they were honest from the very beginning. It's hard to find folks with that kind of integrity at this day and age.
