This will be a long & honest review for those who care to hear. I'm from Fitzgerald GA and for me to have my car taken that far to be repaired by people I didn't know was already risky. But I had been to 2 other mechanics in my area and waited over 3 months to have my car repaired with no luck. Having driven BMW vehicles for the past 10 years, I already knew the situation I faced when one breaks down, but Redline come highly recommended and I was at my wits end. From the initial call "Barley" was down to earth, easy to speak with and answered all my questions, making me feel safe and excited about sending my car there for repair. I had a great experience at Redline Automotive. I scheduled my Audi’s oil change online and when I arrived at my appointment time, they took my car straight to the back with no delay. The staff was very kind and professional, and they allowed me to wait while the service was completed. The turnaround time was quick, and my vehicle is running great. Levi and the team at Red Line took our stock 2025 Jeep and transformed it into the vehicle my wife wanted. From helping pick out the correct lift kit (ride quality for my bride), to making sure our choices of wheels, tires, power step bar, bumpers (with lights), and then delivered the vehicle upon completion to get the windows tinted. Can’t say enough about the quality and customer service from Levi and his team!

Great automotive repair shop. I took my 94 BMW in for repairs and their technicians did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problems I was having and gave me a complete description of what was needed. Scheduling my vehicle service was very smooth and convenient. Everyone was very polite and respectful, making it a very comfortable environment for my wife and I. Waiting area is very nice and clean. I’m so happy with the services provided that I have since began taking my other vehicle to be serviced by redline automotive!
